  • Friendly Reminder

    The following are reminders:

HOUSE NUMBERS:  The deed restrictions require that house numbers be illuminated and located as near to the front entry as possible so that they are always easily seen from across the street.  The color and size of the numbers must provide high contrast with the masonry.

House numbers must be illuminated so that they can easily be seen at night to aid emergency personnel in locating your address.

Let’s remember to leave our porch lights on during the night-time hours both for additional safety and as a help to necessary emergency vehicles.  There are LED light bulbs with day/night sun sensors for auto on/off that will turn our lights on at dusk and off at sunrise.

    Thank you!
